In 2021 while looking for a creative project to pass the time, I decided to dive into the world of sourdough baking. What started as a way to keep myself busy quickly turned into a passion. With my trusty starter, Olaf, I discovered the joy how fulfilling and delicious it is to bake my own bread from scratch. I want to help others start their bread baking journey.
